One row per household, with first name, last name, address, city, state and ZIP as separate columns. We'll clean it, dedupe it, CASS-certify it and run NCOA updates before it mails.
Political mail is red-tagged at the postal facility, so standard presort moves faster than its reputation suggests. If you're a 501(c)(3) or you need first class, we'll quote it by hand.
The drop date is the day your mail enters the postal stream — that's the date we commit to. Delivery usually follows within a few days, but the Postal Service doesn't guarantee an in-home date and neither can we. If you're working back from election day, tell us and we'll schedule against it.
Postage is quoted separately. Your total today covers printing. Once your list is processed we'll send you the exact postage and mail preparation — we don't mark up postage, you're billed as quoted, and nothing drops until it's settled.
Rush moves this job to 1–2 business days after proof approval instead of 3–5. The rush fee is added as a separate line when you reach your cart, priced by the size of this order.
Rush speeds up printing and mail housing. Your drop date depends on the mail schedule too — tell us your deadline and we'll confirm what's achievable.
How this works: you order → you send us art (or upload it above) → we email you a printer's proof → you approve it → it prints.
Once you approve the proof, the order is locked and can't be refunded — so take your time on that email.
