How It Works

Five steps. No quote forms, no account manager, no waiting three days to find out what a postcard costs.

1

Pick it and price it

Choose your product, size, and quantity. The price updates as you type — real pricing, not a range, not a “starting at.” Tell us how your art is coming, whether the job is print-only or print-and-mail, and check out.

Payment happens here, before we build your proof. That’s how we hold your spot in the production schedule.

2

Get us your art

Upload it at checkout, paste a Canva link, or send it to us after you order — your order confirmation email has the address. Don’t have art yet? Order anyway and send it when it’s ready — nothing moves until it lands, so the sooner it does, the sooner your date locks.

We check every file before it goes anywhere. CMYK, resolution, bleed, and — because this is political print — whether your “Paid for by” disclaimer is actually on the piece.

See the Artwork Guide for file specs, software instructions, and a free pre-order file review.

3

Approve your proof

We send you a printer’s proof by email. Read it closely — size, spelling, phone numbers, the disclaimer, all of it. Need a change? Send it back and we’ll revise.

When you approve, the job locks and the order is final. Approval is the point where we commit press time and materials, so it’s also the point where we can’t refund or change it. Take the extra ten minutes before you hit reply.

4

We print it

Your job runs with some of the most respected printers in progressive politics — and it runs 100% union. Every facility, every job, no exceptions and no upcharge.

We print out of San Jose, Anaheim, and Dallas, and your order automatically runs from whichever is closest to you. You don’t pick, and you don’t pay for the distance.

5

It ships, or it drops

Print orders ship with tracking, straight to you.

Mail orders go to the post office on the drop date we commit to.

If you’re mailing

The mail steps sit inside step 1. You’ll tell us your quantity, your list, your class, and your drop date at order time, and we’ll handle presort, addressing, and the postal paperwork.

Postage is quoted and invoiced separately once your list is counted, because the real number depends on the final record count and how the list sorts. We don’t mark up postage — you’re billed as quoted.

Need something custom?

Not everything fits a calculator. Custom sizes, unusual quantities, multi-drop mail programs, products you don’t see here — just get in touch and we’ll get you a quote fast.

Our shops can print virtually anything, and a quick message is often the fastest path to a real number. You don’t need to have it all figured out first.
