Shipping policy

Last updated: September 16, 2026

This policy explains how we produce and deliver your order.

1. Production Time + Shipping Time

Your total turnaround is production time plus shipping time. Production begins only after your proof is approved (where applicable) and your order is paid in full. Estimated production and shipping times are shown on product pages or in your quote. These are estimates, not guarantees.

2. Where Your Order Ships From

We produce and fulfill orders through a network of regional facilities. Your order is routed to the facility best positioned to handle it — usually the one nearest your delivery location, though we may use a different facility depending on capacity, workload, or production capabilities. You don't need to choose a location.

3. Carriers

We ship primarily via UPS and USPS, and may use other carriers when appropriate. The carrier and service level are selected based on your order, destination, and any rush option you choose.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on factors such as weight, dimensions, and destination. Very large orders may require a custom freight quote — get in touch.

5. Rush Orders

When available, rush production and/or expedited shipping can be added to your order. Rush is always a separate line item and is priced according to the speed and method required. Contact us before ordering if you have a firm in-hand date.

6. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Re-shipments caused by an address error are at your expense.

7. Delivery Delays and Risk of Loss

Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is in the carrier's control. We are not liable for carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our reasonable control. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will help file a carrier claim.

8. Direct Mail

Direct-mail programs are handled separately from standard product shipping. Mail-drop timing, postal entry, and in-home windows are governed by the specific quote or agreement for your mail job.

We do not mark up postage. Postage and mail-preparation charges are invoiced separately once your list is counted, and may be paid by ACH, check, or credit card. The total differs by payment method: card payments include a processing charge, shown as a dollar amount on your invoice before you pay it, and ACH and check payments do not. The charge is not applied where state law prohibits or limits it. Postage must be confirmed and received before your mailing drops.

We commit to your drop date — the date your mail is tendered to the United States Postal Service — not to the date it arrives. Once mail is accepted by the Postal Service it is in their custody, and we are not responsible for Postal Service handling, delivery timing, or non-delivery. In-home dates are estimates based on typical Postal Service performance and are not guaranteed.
