2. Data — send your list or we source it; we process and presort.
3. Design & print — upload your art or we design it; union-printed once you approve.
4. Mail house — inserting, sealing, addressing, and sorting, prepped to drop.
5. Drop — we schedule and drop each mailing on time.
6. Confirm — final postage is confirmed from your processed data before the drop.

Postage — pass-through, always

We don't mark up postage — you're billed as quoted. Postage and mail prep are invoiced separately once your list is counted, because the real rate depends on the final record count and how the list sorts.
